For Pennsylvania residents, the Keystone Home Loan program provided by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency provides below market interest rate purchase loans to qualified home buyers. FirstMerit has been approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to participate in this loan program.
