What is Overdraft Protection?
Overdraft protection is a service that helps prevent overdraft fees from being charged to your checking account. Our overdraft protection is available through a FirstMerit VISA® or MasterCard®.
How does Overdraft Protection work?
Your FirstMerit VISA or MasterCard will be attached to your checking account, and if you should overdraw your account, available funds from your credit card will be automatically advanced to your checking account.
